The exclusive Chef Skyline restaurant is located on the roof of the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel and overlooks magnificent panoramic views of the city, which provide an unforgettable touch to the experience. The event menus are seasonal and tailored according to the freshest offer, and of course – to the nature of the event and its guests. Everything is kosher, Galat Mahdrin and Rabbis Mahdrin.

The Skylin restaurant is under the strict supervision of the OU Glat Mehdrin and Rabbis of Mehdrin, and all meats are exclusively kosher of the ultra-orthodox congregation.
